The Old Road Rum Company exists to bring rum production back to the island of St.Kitts. Rum first flowed from our Old Road Distillery in 1681, making it the oldest surviving rum distillery in the Caribbean.
OLD ROAD RUM
Old Road Rum is tropically aged for 12 years in Ex-Bourbon casks to present a pure expression of Rum craft distilling with no colors, sugars or flavors added during the production process.
THE FOUNDER
Old Road Rum is hand bottled on the site of the Old Road Distillery by our founder Jack Widdowson, a proud Kittitian committed to re-igniting small-batch Rum production on the island he loves.
THE DISTILLERY
Rum first flowed from the Old Road Distillery in 1681, making it the oldest surviving rum distillery in the Caribbean, dated by the records of Christopher Jefferson, the owner at that time and ancestor of America’s 3rd President Thomas Jefferson.
The Old Road Rum Company is driven by a desire to celebrate the cultural history of St.Kitts through new industry that will see rum production return to this historically important location.
FOUNDERS PROGRAM
We are offering the opportunity to support the Old Road Rum Company and our mission to celebrate the cultural history of St.Kitts with a Founding Members program.
As a Founding Member you will own one of the first 500 bottles of Old Road Rum ever made. Founders are invited to visit the distillery to collect their bottle. In addition to your founders bottle you will become a life-long member of the Old Road Rum Company.
Members will see their name etched on founders cornerstone, be granted unlimited access to the distillery and receive exclusive options on future small batch releases.
